Job summary

FarmRaise Inc. in the United States is hiring a Senior Customer Success Leader to build and scale Grower Concierge as a new business line. You will lead implementation and success teams, set strategy, and own the partner journey from launch to renewal.

Remote in the US, base salary $150k–$175k plus equity. You bring 7+ years in customer success and 3+ years of team leadership to drive growth with universities, government agencies, and major agribusiness partners.
