Job summary

Feathr is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead a revenue‑focused CS organization. You will own strategy, protect and grow the customer base, and drive GRR/NRR through value delivery across Feathr’s products and services.

You will guide a high‑performing team, coach managers, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance the customer journey. This remote‑friendly role offers significant leadership impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in a team leadership role.
• 6+ years in customer success, account management, and SaaS team experience.
• Experience running a Customer Success function or leading a CS team at a tech platform.
• Track record of leading teams against revenue goals like GRR, NRR, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Feathr’s Customer Success teams against revenue goals.
• Establish strategic success plans for managing customer relationships.
• Use product usage data to identify adoption risks and expansion opportunities.
• Coach managers and CSMs through reviews and performance assessments.
• Be an escalation point and join key customer calls.
• Report on retention, renewals, and progress toward targets.
• Hire for the team and build onboarding/training programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Product, and Marketing to improve the customer journey.
