Job summary

Curantis Solutions in Addison, TX is seeking a Director of Customer Implementation to lead onboarding for our hospice-focused SaaS customers. You will manage Implementation Managers, stay hands-on with key deployments, and refine repeatable onboarding playbooks.

You'll collaborate with Training, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align contracts through go-live and beyond, driving operational excellence and long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, or customer success, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Hospice experience and understanding of workflows, regulations, and operational realities for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide hands‑on contribution to key customer implementations and oversee onboarding methodologies.
• Define and implement scalable onboarding strategies that drive repeatable project delivery.
• Collaborate with Training, Billing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align the customer journey from contract to go-live and beyond.
