Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Customer Logistics for Ecommerce to oversee operations across multiple warehouse locations, drive Lean and CI, and manage relationships with key customers.

This role typically handles $100M in operating revenue and may involve transportation, packaging and reverse logistics. The director will lead location managers, forecast financial targets, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring a strong safety culture and high KPI performance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field; mandatory.
• Eight years+ logistics/supply chain experience in multiple locations; required.
• Five+ years P&L responsibility including forecasting and targets; required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer(s) at regional or corporate level.
• Forecast, plan, manage and ensure accounts meet financial targets.
• Lead operations to meet KPIs and oversee Lean deployment for continuous improvement.
• Identify expansion opportunities and participate in business development for new customers.
• Hire, train, guide and supervise Group Logistics Managers to meet account needs.
