Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and account management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions division. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and drive safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
2+ years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) advanced.
Logistics industry knowledge advanced.
Knowledge of local/federal regulations advanced.
Supply Chain Management fundamentals intermediate.
Manufacturing/Production knowledge advanced.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and account management in Dedicated Transportation Solutions.
Lead staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
Manage daily planning and scheduling and ensure health and safety compliance.
Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
