Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of PET imaging customer experience and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in medical field or business required.
• 10 years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device or nuclear medicine industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics for the portfolio, coordinating with PMFs and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximize product availability and patient access.
• Monitor and respond to customer experience issues with timely resolutions.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders including sales, operations and leadership.
• Prepare cost analyses and optimize routes, scheduling, and calibrations.
