Job summary

Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Director for the Mid Atlantic region to oversee order, supply and service excellence across PET drug products.

The role partners with Market Access, Medical, Logistics, Sales and PMFs to ensure dose availability and optimize patient and customer experience while leading cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in medical field or business, 10 years in biotech/pharma or related industry, fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field or business.
• 10 years of experience working in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device or nuclear medicine industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work across time zones.
• Residence in Mid-Atlantic region preferred (PA/DE/MD/WV/VA/KY/NC/SC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics and ensure dose availability across the geography.
• Coordinate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Medical, Logistics and Sales to optimize customer experience.
• Develop and implement metrics and tracking for customer experience and product logistics.
• Respond to customer issues and escalate as needed to resolve defects.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, PMFs and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and drive improvements across the portfolio.
