Job summary

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc. seeks a highly experienced Customer Experience Director for the Mid Atlantic region. You will oversee ordering, supply, and communication across customers and PMFs, coordinating with Market Access, Medical, and Logistics to optimize dosing availability and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field or business.
• 10 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device or nuclear medicine industries.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct supervisory authority.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DMV and DOT.
• Ability to work across time zones, after hours and weekends.
• Lives in Mid-Atlantic geography (PA, DE, MD, WV, VA, KY, NC, SC).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer experience across ordering, supply and communications.
• Coordinate product logistics and escalate issues with PMFs, Sales, Logistics and Customer Service.
• Develop and implement metrics, insights and corrective actions to improve customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize portfolio performance and ensure on-time delivery.
