Job summary

Lantheus, a leader in radiopharmaceuticals, seeks a Customer Experience Director to ensure product availability and smooth ordering across a broad geography. You will coordinate daily dose availability, manage logistics, and partner with Market Access, Medical, and Operations to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field or business.
• 10 years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dose availability and supply across regions.
• Oversee ordering, supply and capacity communications with stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve end-to-end customer experience in ordering and utilization.
• Develop performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to arrange flights and deliveries.
