Job summary

Cellese, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Engagement and Education to report to the VP of Marketing.

You will manage customer-facing interactions across marketing, HCP engagement, training and conferences, building product and clinical expertise across AnteAGE portfolio to drive strategy and asset development. The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while aligning all brand touchpoints with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Established relationships within the assigned territory (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in word processing systems such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
• Experience using CRM platforms, such as HubSpot (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop HCP-facing, sales-facing and patient-facing marketing content translating the brand narrative and clinical science.
• Support KOL engagement activities, including advisory boards, podium, and conference strategy to build advocacy.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders.
• Develop provider-focused campaigns and sales promotions.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure field execution aligns with brand strategy.
• Manage agency relationships, marketing budget, and timelines with commercial discipline.
• Partner with internal creative team for all training and customer materials.
