Job summary

Merck seeks a Director of Customer Engagement Planning & Measurement (CEP&M) to lead a team of Customer Engagement Architects and drive omnichannel engagement across a therapeutic portfolio in a fast-paced US environment.

As part of the CEP&M leadership, you will partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Commercial leadership to translate objectives into integrated plans, shaping end-to-end experiences and advancing AI-enabled engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in marketing strategy, customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, or related functions.
• Experience in US commercial business or marketing roles.
• Product launch experience in marketing, sales or commercialization.
• Minimum 2 years of direct-line people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Engagement Architects and develop omnichannel engagement plans.
• Translate objectives into integrated plans across brands and portfolios.
• Drive resource allocation and prioritization to maximize business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align engagement with enterprise priorities.
