You will head the culinary department, mentor senior chefs, collaborate with divisions, plan menus, conduct tastings, ensure compliance and drive sustainability initiatives while traveling extensively as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive culinary experience in high volume, complex service and catering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary department and set standards of culinary excellence.
• Plan menus for daily offerings, seasonal specials, and catering across locations.
• Develop and mentor senior chefs across divisions and regions.
