Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary development across assigned territory. You will plan, test, and implement new concepts, establish standards, and collaborate with leadership on facility design and menu rollouts.

Travel up to 75% to support openings, renovations, and training; build cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality; strong leadership and coaching of Chefs required.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts Degree from a recognized culinary school or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressive food service production management experience.
• Previous multi-unit experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition Software.
• This position requires 75% travel.
• Certified Executive Chef is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orientates Chefs within Core Culinary Standards and established programs.
• Maintains Culinary Programs to the level of Culinary Center for Excellence.
• Supports new account openings and renovations within the territory.
• Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs in the Territory.
• Trains, coaches, and develops Culinary personnel in the region.
• Completes required reports and Core Culinary Reviews timely.
• Communicates with Corporate Executive Chef and Regional Director of Ops.
