Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane Valley is seeking a Clinical Program Director for Crisis Response Services. You will partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to design and supervise treatment programs for adults and youth, ensuring quality, access, and continuity of care across FBH locations.

The role demands leadership, clinical expertise in trauma-informed care, and strong collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health is required.
• Active Washington State Department of Health licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT) is required.
• Seven years' direct behavioral health treatment experience; four years in program administration.
• Knowledge of RCW/WAC and managed care principles; experience with court and community partnerships.
• Experience writing grants, program development, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement services aligned with FBH mission and care principles.
• Lead service development and strategic initiatives; chair weekly management meetings.
• Ensure contract requirements and performance outcomes are met; monitor program data.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across locations; supervise personnel and training.
• Coordinate with courts, law enforcement and community partners; manage hospital discharge coordination.
