Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Director to oversee CORE Crisis Services Continuum, CORE Response, Stabilization and Evaluation Services. The role demands strong clinical leadership, licensure compliance, and collaboration with courts and community partners.

The candidate will drive program development, staffing, and performance outcomes while maintaining trauma-informed, evidence-based practices across Spokane services. This is a high-impact, senior management position within FBH.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health is required.
• Active Washington State licensure (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT) and at least seven years in behavioral health treatment.
• Four years of progressive program administration and strong supervision experience.
• Knowledge of RCW/WAC and related laws; experience with courts and community partners is preferred.
• Experience in grants, policy development, and program design.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for service development and implementation of initiatives.
• Ensure contract requirements and performance outcomes are met across programs.
• Coordinate clinical staff meetings, supervision, and back-up coverage.
• Develop referral networks and maintain positive community relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and personnel management for assigned programs.
• Monitor data and perform needs assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, policies, and documentation requirements.
