Qualifications

• Experience in disputes, chargebacks, payments, and operations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Establish, review, and analyze processes and performance metrics for operations support.
• Develop and improve workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Research, recommend, and implement fraud prevention technologies and controls.
• Provide leadership and training to the Operations Support Team to meet performance goals.
