Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, project management, or facilities management.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficiency interpreting building plan take-offs and technical product specifications.
• Experience reviewing bid packages, pay applications, and budget submissions.
• Strong vendor management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and management of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including warehouse staging and delivery schedules.
• Drive portfolio reporting, schedule tracking, and project readiness.
• Collaborate with operations, real estate, and procurement to align project requirements and deliverables; identify risks and propose solutions.
• Track project milestones, timelines, budgets, and cost variances.
• Manage vendor onboarding, bid packages, contracts, compliance, and documentation.
• Own project closeout and final budget reconciliation.
