Job summary

Create on Purpose is seeking a senior operator to own the Creator Impact Studio program and related events in Los Angeles. This independent contractor role focuses on turning ideas into scalable programming, with a fast-paced, founder-led environment and direct exposure to funders and partners.

You will shape curriculum with partners, build a bench of facilitators and producers, and ensure evidence-based decisions to improve outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning programs and event series.
• Ability to design and run accelerator-like programs with community impact.
• Comfort with budget, contracts and vendor management.
• Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the program and its evolution: design, execution and lifelong improvement.
• Build the bench: onboard facilitators, coaches and producers; manage quality.
• Deliver in the room: plan program days, events, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Build the operating system: create playbooks and templates to scale.
