impact.com is seeking a Creator Consulting Manager to design and optimize premier performance creator programs for enterprise brands. You will partner with brand teams and agencies to translate ambiguous needs into actionable roadmaps and teach teams how to operate at scale.

The role blends strategy, economics, architecture, creativity, and leadership, demanding excellence in communication and program management across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building complex, performance marketing strategies for demanding enterprise brands.
• Able to translate vague directives into clear roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
• Extensive knowledge across performance, affiliate, and creator marketing; fluent in power SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design profitable programs that scale for large creator programs.
• Build the creator supply engine with integrated casting and recruitment strategies.
• Architect compensation strategies including tiered incentives, commissions, bonuses, and loyalty programs.
• Teach and enable brand teams and agencies through workshops and enablement sessions.
• Measure and optimize using MMM, brand lift, sales lift, and MTA to guide reinvestment.
