Job summary

Scroll is seeking a Head of Creator to structure, scale, and elevate our creator pool across US markets. You own the creator relationship end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, delivery quality, and retention.

Must have significant experience managing creators or influencers, deep knowledge of TikTok and Reels formats, and the ability to negotiate and move fast. Bonus for having managed a small team or built a creator network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing creators, talent, or influencers (agency, platform, or brand side).
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels formats, trends, and hooks.
• Ability to negotiate and say no without breaking relationships.
• Fast, autonomous execution turning loosely-defined problems into progress.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, onboarding, and retention of high-performing creators aligned with client verticals.
• Assign creators to projects based on style and track record; enforce quality and turnaround standards.
• Review every video before client delivery and manage revision rounds with creators.
• Track creator performance and make decisions on scaling, coaching, or letting go; report to founders.
