AllTrack Music Rights Inc. is seeking a dynamic Membership Growth lead to act as a frontline dealmaker and strategist alongside the Chief Creative Officer.

You will source, pitch, and close new creator and rights holder relationships, expanding AllTrack’s footprint across performance, mechanical, lyrics, and neighboring rights. Success requires relentless deal execution, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to operate in a small team while maintaining a strong market presence at industry

Formación

• Proven track record closing high-value deals with creators and rights holders.
• Strong ability to source and convert new membership opportunities.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and negotiating terms.
• Willingness to travel to industry events on West Coast.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive membership growth targets across all rights categories, with emphasis on West Coast.
• Proactively source, develop, and close new member relationships (songwriters, composers, publishers, artists, producers, labels).
• Identify and build pipeline of high-value opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Lead pitches and negotiations with the CCO to articulate AllTrack’s value proposition.
• Assist onboarding of new members and catalog management with the copyright administration team.
• Maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention and referrals.
• Attend industry events to maintain market presence as AllTrack’s representative.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech to optimize acquisition strategies and conversion rates.
