Job summary

AMD is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive RTL design for future generations of AMD CPUs. In this role, you will manage a high-performing team of RTL design engineers and guide project design goals with architects, DV, and physical design teams.

You will shape the implementation strategy, resolve complex design challenges, and contribute to state-of-the-art microprocessor developments that span server, desktop, and laptop platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading silicon design teams and mentoring engineers.
• Demonstrated success leading complex silicon design through tapeout.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to drive design decisions across teams.

Responsibilities
