Job summary

Spectrum Control seeks a Director of Corporate Security to lead its industrial, physical, and personnel security program across cleared sites. The role reports to senior leadership and partners with IT/Cybersecurity and ISSM on security controls.

Responsibilities include owning the FCL/FOCI strategy, managing NBIS/NISS processing, and directing insider threat and incident response programs while engaging DCSA and other government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in security management, 7+ years as an FSO in cleared industry.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial, physical, and personnel security across sites.
• Develop multi-year security strategy aligned to growth and risk.
• Own NISP compliance, FCL, reporting to DCSA, and insider threat program.
• Oversee NBIS/NISS clearance processing and visits.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Compliance on investigations.
