Ultra Intelligence and Communications (I&C), Inc. is seeking a Director of Security to lead the FSO program for the Austin site and oversee security staff across multiple locations. The role, reporting to the executive team, requires strong governance of classified programs and liaison with DCSA.

The candidate will manage risk, ensure compliance with RMF/ NISPOM, and drive security awareness, training, and incident response across all sites. This is a senior leadership role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as FSO for Austin, TX site and manage the security program.
• Provide leadership to security staff across multiple locations.
• Interface with DCSA and government customers on security matters.
• Oversee Insider Threat Program (ITPSO) and security education/training.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and inspections; respond to incidents.
