Job summary

Trust Automation, Inc. seeks a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) to oversee the DoD and industrial security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DCSA audits, and government requirements.

You will administer clearances, security documentation, and rosters for 50+ employees and contractors. You will lead the Insider Threat Program, manage security training, and create security plans and guidance for corporate executives while protecting

Qualifications

• BS degree in business administration or a technology-related field.
• Professional security management certification preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years in risk, information security, and IT roles.
• Knowledge of DFARS, ISO, NIST, CMMC and corresponding government requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong integrity.
• Experience with security management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all security matters.
• Build and manage an Insider Threat Program.
• Conduct security procedures and audits per NISPOM and DCSA.
• Oversee personnel security actions and clearances.
• Create and update security plans, procedures, and instructions.
• Coordinate with DCSA audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide security guidance to executives and departments.
• Ensure safeguarding of PII and classified information.
