Elastic is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to shape and execute the company's inorganic growth strategy. You will own M&A and strategic partnerships end-to-end, from sourcing through integration, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development and collaborating with product, legal and finance leaders.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, building robust financial models, and presenting at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Identifies acquisition targets via market assessments and industry trends.
• Builds financial models to project cash flows and revenue impacts.
• Leads the end-to-end M&A process from sourcing to close.
• Coordinates post-merger integration with stakeholders to realize synergies.
• Prepares materials for executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments to identify targets and inform growth strategy.
• Develop financial projections to inform deal decisions and value creation.
• Lead sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation to close transactions.
• Plan and drive post-merger integration with functions across the business.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the board.
