You will manage a $20M+ P&L, shape strategy with BD and sales, and build enduring customer relationships while guiding multidisciplinary teams and setting standards for project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience owning P&L and driving commercial growth in industrial automation or controls.
• Hands-on PLC and SCADA-based process automation knowledge.
• BS in Electrical or Controls Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a P&L of $20M+ including EBITDA, margin, budgeting, staffing and utilization.
• Shape strategy with business development and sales; build long-term customer relationships.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and controls teams with structure and accountability.
• Serve as the technical authority on control system architecture (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS).
• Partner with project management and operations to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
