Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field plus at least 10 years of process improvement experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and project leadership is required.
• Healthcare payer space experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify opportunities, develop best practices, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Develop metrics to track performance and enterprise-wide impact.
• Act as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across projects.
