FourSeasons Inc. in Tennessee seeks a Head of Construction to lead and continuously improve execution of all projects across the company.

This strategic role provides leadership to the Project Delivery Department, ensuring safety, profitability, schedule adherence, and alignment with Core Values. You will develop and lead Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and BIM personnel, partnering with Operations, Preconstruction, Field Leadership, Accounting and Executives to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• Maximum 5 years of leadership experience managing PM teams.
• Proven multi-project leadership in commercial/mechanical construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced understanding of project financial management.
• Knowledge of contracts, project controls, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Delivery team.
• Oversee project execution from turnover through closeout.
• Monitor schedule, budget, labor productivity, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Drive standardized processes and best practices across projects.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, and succession planning.
• Foster collaboration with Operations, Preconstruction, BIM/VDC, and executives.
