Job summary

The role focuses on construction management, sales and business development, and relationship management with architects, clients, and stakeholders to drive growth and projects to completion.

Travel to project sites daily, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance, and oversee contract negotiations, bid reviews, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction management with leadership experience.
• Strong sales, client development, and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication with architects, clients, and team.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and industry professionals.
• Lead estimating, contract development, and project cost reviews.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and operations teams to ensure constructability.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are in place.
• Manage a team of construction professionals and monitor progress weekly.
• Drive business growth through effective relationships and market presence.
