Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in construction management.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites daily; ability to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure design and construction alignment.
• Act as liaison between construction team and clients for clear communication and satisfaction.
• Develop partnerships to enhance network and market presence.
• Lead estimating and prepare accurate, competitive bids; review plans and specs for cost estimates.
