Job summary

Relias is seeking a Director of Connected Workflows to define and deliver cross-product workflows across Learning, Performance, GRC, and Content solutions for healthcare providers. The role ensures a seamless connected experience across product lines and reports to the VP, Platform, AI & Connected Experience.

The position requires 8-10 years in Product Management with 3-5 years leading cross-product initiatives, plus strong API/FHIR knowledge, and a track record of coordinating multiple product

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Product Management with 3-5 years leading cross-product, platform, or integration initiatives with SaaS technologies.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Digital technologies, or a related field
• Proven track record of strategizing, building and scaling complex products, API ecosystems, or data infrastructure.
• Experience delivering initiatives spanning multiple product teams and securing roadmap commitments without direct authority.
• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and workflows crossing product, team, and system boundaries.
• Strong strategic, KPI/metrics-driven mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across marketing, sales, and client care disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis across our product suite to identify workflows and integration points that deliver the most value for healthcare providers.
• Own the connected workflow roadmap, prioritize OKRs, and coordinate cross-team delivery with product teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and GTM teams to articulate the value proposition and enable the connected experience.
• Monitor adoption, collect direct customer feedback, and prioritize new workflow development.
• Lead a cross-product PM and UX design community, mentoring for customer-obsessed, data-driven decision making.
