Job summary

Relias seeks a VP of Product Management (Capabilities & Platform) to lead product strategy and execution for our learning, performance, and compliance capabilities. You will oversee a cross-functional team and drive a data-driven, customer-obsessed culture while partnering with technology and content teams.

The role emphasizes scaling product management, shaping roadmaps, and aligning stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience rapidly building and scaling product management teams.
• 10+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience working with SaaS technologies.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, sales and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts across Relias portfolio of products.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle and backlog management.
• Drive cross-portfolio roadmap prioritization and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to align priorities and value propositions.
• Partner with Technology and Content teams to determine milestones.
