Job summary

Relias Learning, LLC seeks a VP of Product Management (Capabilities & Platform) to lead strategy, design, development and rollout of product and platform capabilities. You will partner with customers, UX, content and technology teams to drive execution and achieve company OKRs.

Qualifications

15+ years of proven experience rapidly building and scaling product management teams.
10+ years in a leadership position.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience working with SaaS technologies.
Experience working cross‑functionally, especially with marketing disciplines and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis: lead a cross‑functional team of Product Managers and UX Designers researching trends and opportunities in healthcare provider market.
Product Roadmap: drive end‑to‑end lifecycle for learning, performance, compliance and experience management; own backlog and OKRs; align with tech and content teams.
Stakeholder Management: collaborate with business stakeholders to articulate value propositions and support GTM strategies with Product Marketing.
Performance Management: track product adoption and success KPIs; prioritize development in response to customer feedback and challenges.
Team Leadership: build and mentor a world‑class product and design team fostering customer obsession and data‑driven decisions.
