Ideal candidates bring five years+ in similar roles at full-service resorts, strong MS Office/Delphi/Opera skills, and English proficiency; base pay starts at $90,000 with growth

Qualificações

• Five years or more of experience as a Director of Conference Services or Director of Catering in a full service resort or hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, manage, train and lead the Catering Service Manager & Coordinator to achieve banquet budget goals.
• Ensure profitability and guest experience across events and conferences.
• Act as liaison between guests and operating departments to ensure successful meetings and repeat business.
