Job summary

VusionGroup SA is seeking a Director of Product: Computer Vision Solutions to own and drive the development of strategic CV initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams through research, prototyping, pilot deployments, and global rollout of computer vision-based solutions for Fortune 50 retailers.

You will manage technical credibility and end-to-end product leadership across hardware, edge compute, and cloud services, ensuring scalable, production-ready outcomes in dynamic retail environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles.
• Strong technical background in computer vision, optics/imaging, or embedded/electrical engineering.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end physical products that combine hardware, software, and AI.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience deploying complex systems in real-world environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for computer vision solutions across the portfolio.
• Identify high-impact retail use cases where vision-based systems deliver measurable value.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through pilot and scale.
• Guide architectural decisions spanning hardware, edge compute, and cloud services.
• Engage with field deployment teams to ensure reliability in live environments.
