Catholic Charities of New York seeks a Director of Compliance to lead the Quality Improvement Department and ensure programs meet NY OMH standards. You will supervise the Quality Improvement Manager, liaise with regulators, and oversee HIPAA and corporate compliance while directing key administrative duties.

The role requires strategic oversight of audits, Medicaid billing coordination, policy development, and staff training to sustain high quality services across programs in New York City.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• Seven years of experience working in compliance.
• Five years of experience working in and/or with a government contracted program preferred.
• Five years of experience working with a special needs population preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and corporate compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality Improvement Department and supervise the Quality Improvement Manager.
• Serve as BOH’s representative for regulatory entities and external provider support systems.
• Manage BOH’s electronic health record and liaise with the vendor for issues and changes.
• Oversee participation in Regional Health Information Organizations and staff training.
• Audit and analyze data for reporting and program evaluation.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
