Job summary

The Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking a Vice President of Quality & Compliance to lead regulatory oversight across its PACE centers. You will shape policy, drive continuous improvement, and partner with executive leadership to strengthen participant safety and governance.

You'll direct the enterprise compliance program, oversee audits, and develop dashboards for the Board, supporting ethical, compliant care across multiple sites in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or advanced clinical degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CHPC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the enterprise compliance program, including annual work plans, monitoring systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Interpret CMS and state PACE regulations, state Medicaid requirements, and sub‑regulatory guidance; ensure consistent operational implementation across all centers.
• Lead internal and external audit preparation, execution, and corrective action planning.
• Develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems for executive leadership and the Board.
• Promote a culture of compliance, ethical behavior, and participant-centered care throughout the organization.
• Oversee facility oversight, environmental safety, and operational compliance monitoring.
