Job summary

CDD in Kansas City, MO seeks a Director of Program Compliance to lead agency-wide regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational systems. This exempt, full-time role reports to the CEO and supervises the Compliance Specialist and Operations Coordinator, driving safe, efficient, and high-quality services across CDD programs.

Qualifications

Develop, review and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Oversee audits and ensure timely corrective actions across DMH, licensing and certification bodies.
Promote regulatory readiness and risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead development, review, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, monitoring systems, and corrective-action processes.
Oversee audits and ensure timely resolution of findings across regulatory bodies.
Review audit results, identify trends, and assign corrective actions to improve compliance.
Ensure audit-ready records, client-file compliance, and documentation quality.
Provide compliance reports and risk summaries to executive leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional operational needs with facilities, IT, finance, HR, and programs.
