Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association, Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality & Compliance to provide strategic leadership for quality management, regulatory compliance, accreditation, performance improvement, data analytics, policy management, and EHR systems.

This exempt, Administration department role partners with executive leadership to monitor performance and drive improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Lead quality management, compliance, and performance improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, licensing, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate responses to maintain compliance.
• Oversee internal audits, external inspections, and accreditation surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead CARF accreditation readiness, surveys, corrective actions, and continuous compliance.
• Coordinate external audits, inspections, licensing reviews, and accreditation surveys.
• Investigate compliance concerns and support organizational risk mitigation efforts.
• Oversee EHR optimization, reporting, workflow improvements, user support, and training initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, payers, and external oversight organizations.
