Temco Logistics is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design, development, and management of our global compensation programs. The role will drive market competitiveness, influence executive pay policy, and provide strategic guidance to business leaders.

Responsibilities

Develops compensation strategy and tactics to keep Temco Logistics competitive in the market.
Evaluates market trends and pay position relative to competitors.
Designs and maintains compensation policy and procedures.
Oversees compensation programs across functions, including executive compensation.
Ensures proper job evaluation, including at officer/executive levels.
Manages compensation analytics and job evaluation processes.
Assesses effectiveness of programs and recommends changes.
Prepares materials for executive compensation meetings and informs policy decisions.
Serves as internal consultant to business partners on compensation issues.
Guides HR partners on compensation decisions and approvals.
Partners with leaders on compensation needs for their units.
