Job summary

The Gardens Care Homes is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional in Scottsdale, AZ to develop and execute programs that drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will build relationships with referral sources and partner with on-site teams to deliver an outstanding prospect experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on plans, managing departmental spend, and cultivating relationships to ensure inquiry, tours, follow-up, and closings are handled expertly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and demonstrated sales success with strong communication skills.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and related tools.
• Comfort using Gardens Care’s approved systems: Google Workspace, ECP, Sagely and ADP.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and update sales/marketing plans (events, seminars, networking, advertising, PR, outreach).
• Manage departmental spend within budget; review operating statements; explain variances; maintain records.
• Cultivate key relationships with professional and community sources; partner with staff to ensure inquiry, tour, follow‑up, and closing processes are handled expertly.

Knowledge/Skills

• English fluency; demonstrated sales success; multi‑tasking; written and verbal communication.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet).
• Comfort using Gardens Care’s approved systems is required: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet), ECP (care management), Sagely (life enrichment/ activity documentation), and ADP (timekeeping, payroll, scheduling).

Special Requirements

• Commitment to learning about the senior population; discretion; initiative; attention to detail; teamwork; medical clearance; valid driver’s license and acceptable record (if driving).

Tools & Equipment

• Computer; printer/copier/scanner; telephone/cell phone.

Physical Activities

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally; reach/bend/ twist occasionally; sit ~4 hrs; stand/walk ~4 hrs per 8‑hr day.
