Supervisor’s Title: Regional Operations Manager
Position Summary

Directs overall community operations to deliver exceptional resident care and service, regulatory compliance, team engagement, family satisfaction, financial performance, and brand standards.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and develop the community management team; directly/indirectly supervise all staff.
  • Implement resident programs and services in partnership with regional/corporate teams; ensure regulatory compliance and safety/security.
  • Oversee marketing/sales activities; foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the professional community.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and resident records; meet financial and budgetary objectives; maintain OSHA and Safety program implementation.
  • Ensure timely completion of Workers’ Compensation program elements.

Education
  • College degree in healthcare or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience
  • Two (2)+ years leadership in senior living preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Senior population knowledge; interpersonal and leadership skills; financial acumen; market awareness.
  • Comfort using Gardens Care’s approved systems is required: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Meet), ECP (care management), Sagely (life enrichment/ activity documentation), and ADP (timekeeping, payroll, scheduling).
Special Requirements
  • Meets applicable licensure/health requirements; on‑call availability; medical clearance; valid driver’s license and acceptable record (if driving).
Tools & Equipment
  • Computer; office equipment; pager; telephone.
Physical Activities
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 50 lbs.; climb/reach/bend/twist occasionally; balanced sitting/standing/walking per day.
Visual Requirements
