Websitecommerce seeks a Program Director to oversee five to ten community-based programs for adults with IDD, guiding Program Managers and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes budgeting, staff supervision, and fostering partnerships with families and community stakeholders.

The incumbent will lead in a hybrid work setting, coordinating with senior leaders to advance person-centered service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• Experience leading programs for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of licensing and funding regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–10 Program Managers and program operations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies.
• Develop and monitor budgets; oversee payroll and staffing plans.
• Lead workforce development and staff coaching.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and external committees.
