Job summary

National Community Renaissance seeks a Director of Community Programs to lead Hope Through Housing Foundation’s programming across youth development and mobility pathways. You will partner with program staff, regional teams, and funders to grow impact, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high-quality delivery in multiple regions.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, staff development, data-driven evaluations, and compliance with private and public funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, social work, public administration, education, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience managing youth, workforce, or community programs.
• Experience cultivating partnerships with funders and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and expansion of programming across youth development and workforce initiatives.
• Develop logic models, toolkits, and templates to support consistent program design.
• Monitor outcomes, quality metrics, and funder reporting to ensure impact.
• Lead staff, provide coaching, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with grants and data reporting for multiple sites or regions.
• Foster partnerships with funders and community partners to expand reach.
