Job summary

Mosaic Management seeks a Marketing & Hospitality Manager to enhance resident experience and drive community engagement. You will oversee social media, front desk training, and hospitality operations while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to welcome new residents and guests.

The role requires strong English communication, independent decision-making, and knowledge of local regulations to support revenue growth and a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing resident-focused care and service.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Deal tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors and the public.
• Knowledge of Oregon admission regulations and senior care practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage community Social Media platforms and marketing presentation.
• Oversee Front Desk customer service training and etiquette.
• Create and lead employee orientation focused on customer service.
• Lead ongoing employee customer service training for sales and retention.
• Ensure common areas are presentable for guests.
• Stock hospitality stations daily (beverage, snacks).
• Manage move-in and hospitality processes for new residents.
• Coordinate welcome meals and orientation during first 24 hours.
• Host weekly resident events and coordinate with Sales & Marketing.
• Provide backup to Tours and handle lead inquiries when Sales is unavailable.
