Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Senior Director, Community Impact and Development, to lead strategic planning and execution for community programs across ANGC and its charitable affiliates. This role partners with executive leadership to align resources with mission, drive measurable outcomes, and cultivate stakeholder relationships.

You will guide program design, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across foundations and charities while advancing workforce development and neighborhood

Competenze

• Strategic thinking and leadership required for a senior nonprofit role.
• Experience managing complex community impact programs and partnerships.
• Strong financial oversight, fundraising and donor relations capabilities.
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance, IRS rules, and regulatory compliance.
