Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Community Impact Manager who will report to the Senior Director and help drive the community impact strategic plan. The role oversees the Community Impact Intern and builds partnerships across public, private, and non-profit sectors to enhance ANGC's community investments.

You will supervise employee volunteer programs, coordinate events such as Month of Service and Masters-related initiatives, and collaborate with Brand & Communications to share outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the implementation of the Community Impact strategic plan and stakeholder relationships.
• Stay informed of current research, activities, and trends related to ANGC's community impact.
• Propose and manage community investment projects in education, workforce development, and special education.
• Evaluate grants and funding recommendations and provide financial analysis.
• Build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders aligned with ANGC interests.
• Provide grants management oversight for all ANGC community investments.
• Leverage public/private partnerships across funders and leaders.
• Draft and review community investment write-ups for executive review.
• Lead programs for ANGC employees to engage in community service, including Month of Service.
• Manage and develop all ANGC employee volunteer events and engagement.
• Lead planning and execution of Masters Tournament related initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications to amplify ANGC actions and investments.
• Manage the employee Community Service Committee and related special projects.
• Supervise programs to inspire community connection with ANGC employees using community assets like the Patch.
• Participate in budgeting and invoicing processes and manage external vendor relationships for events and activations.
• Prepare strategy memos, briefs, reports, and presentations for diverse constituents.
• Performs other duties as deemed important by management.
