Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
• Proven ability to manage grants and community investments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the Community Impact strategic plan and partnerships.
• Lead grant evaluation and funding recommendations.
• Oversee employee volunteer programs and events.
• Coordinate Masters Tournament initiatives and community programs.
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications to amplify impact.
• Manage budgeting and vendor relations for events.
• Prepare strategy memos and reports for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of club operations.
