Job summary

Augusta National, Inc. is seeking a Community Impact Manager to lead community investment initiatives and employee volunteer programs in Augusta, GA. The role reports to the Senior Director, Community Impact and Development and works across departments to align actions with the Club’s mission and values.

The manager will supervise the Community Impact Intern, build stakeholder relationships, oversee grants, and coordinate Masters-related community events and partnerships throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong relationships experience.
• Proven ability to manage grants and volunteer programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the community impact strategic plan and philanthropic projects.
• Monitor performance of community-related investments and grants.
• Lead employee volunteer engagement and annual programs (Month of Service).
• Coordinate with Brand & Communications to amplify initiatives and content.
• Manage external vendors for events and activations.
